Administration & Facilities Support (6-Month Fixed Term)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented team player to support our centres through exceptional administrative and facilities coordination.
The Opportunity!
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, our Administration & Facilities Support role will take ownership of maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and provide critical support to ensure our facilities run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating maintenance requests - log, prioritise, and track maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and compliance across all centres.
- Assign & monitor tasks, escalating issues in consultation with our Business Services Manager as necessary.
- Update records in a timely & accurate manner.
- Collaborate with contractors and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
- Sourcing quotes, scheduling work and building strong contractor / supplier relationships.
- Work closely with the Business Services Manager for approvals and support.
- Keep Centre Managers informed on task progress and updates.
- Provide general administration support to our Facilities functional area, including raising purchase orders.
What you'll demonstrate:
- Attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and an ability to manage various
- Strong written and verbal communication, as demonstrated by your friendly & professional approach.
- Ideally you will have some experience in facilities maintenance coordination.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
