Lyrebird Early Learning Centre are seeking a fun & highly motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our incredible team.

The opportunity 

  • Deliver developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. 
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. 
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions. 
  • Work collaboratively with a team of other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. 
  • Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. 
You 
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in ECEC (or equivalent).
  • Experience in programming and planning, ideally as an Educational Leader.
  • Valid WWCC 
  • Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards. 
  • Up to date Mandatory Reporting Child Protection certificate, food safety, red nose & sun smart (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven experience in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
