What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who leads with heart, communicates with confidence, and genuinely cares about creating the best outcomes for children and teams.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
- A valid WWCC
- Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards
- Red Nose, Food Safety, and SunSmart training (or willingness to obtain)
You’ll also bring:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to juggle priorities and stay organised
- A solid understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the Assessment & Rating process
- A genuine passion for high-quality education and care
- A positive, energetic, and approachable nature that others are drawn to
