What You'll Be Doing as a Casual Educator:

• Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
• Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can make friends and learn positive social skills.
• Work hand-in-hand with parents to support the whole-child development.
• Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves.
• Use your keen observation skills to cater to each child's unique needs and interests.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your game.
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday from 6.30am - 6.30pm (at least 4 days availability and unrestricted work rights).
• Working towards or hold a minimum of a Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid WWCC
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
• Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
• Genuine love for working in Early Childhood Education.
