Your Role & Impact
As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Provide nurturing, high-quality care that supports each child’s unique development.
- Collaborate with a passionate, resilient team to create engaging activities that encourage children to learn, play, and explore.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment where all children feel valued and understood.
- Build meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community and belonging.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be available for shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday.
- Hold or be actively working towards a minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, certifications in First Aid, Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training.
- Have a working knowledge and understanding of Child Safe Standards.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Show a genuine passion for the early childhood sector and enjoy communicating with and building trusted relationships with children, families, teammates, and the community.
