With the option to work part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days) across our operating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm, this role offers the flexibility to balance leadership with life.

Your Role as Centre Director
As our Director, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated and diverse team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community
- Oversee centre operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Champion high-quality education aligned with the EYLF and organisational values
- Create an environment where children, families, and educators feel safe, valued, and supported
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Card, First Aid Certificate, Mandatory Reporting (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
- A genuine passion for leading and developing people
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement
