Location: Where curious minds grow and tiny humans thrive – Clever Kids ELC
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months
Hours: 5 days a week (with flexible start and finish times because we get it – life happens)
Start Date: As soon as you can wrangle your cape and coffee.

At Clever Kids Early Learning Centre, we believe that every child is a little genius in their own right – and it takes a pretty clever grown-up to help nurture that. We're on the hunt for a passionate, people-focused, and play-loving Centre Manager to hold the fort while our current superstar takes a well-earned break. This 6-month adventure is your chance to lead a team of educators who are as quirky, committed, and kind-hearted as they come.

What will you be doing (besides singing “Baby Shark” on occasion and constantly covered in glitter)?
🎓 Leading with kindness and confidence – you’ll guide your team to bring out the best in every child
📚 Ensuring our centre is running like a well-oiled, joy-filled machine
🧠 Building strong relationships with families, children, and the community
🎨 Keeping compliance in check while letting creativity run wild
⏰ Managing daily operations with a side of fun and a sprinkle of flexibility

What are we looking for?
✅ Centre Manager experience would be fantastic – but if you’ve got leadership skills, a strong ECEC background, and a whole lot of heart, we’re still very interested
✅ A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
✅ Someone who thrives in a team environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
✅ A sense of humour, endless patience, and maybe a secret talent for face-painting
