What You’ll Be Doing

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your centre’s success — blending strong leadership with a warm, community-focused approach.
Your role will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team of educators
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Driving quality practice through the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
  • Overseeing daily operations, including rostering, compliance, and enrolments
  • Championing Mayfield’s culture — celebrating wins and creating a positive, inclusive workplace
  • Partnering with families to ensure every child thrives in a safe and inspiring environment
