What We’re Looking for in You
You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled leader ready to
inspire your team and create meaningful experiences for children and families.
Your ability to balance operational excellence with genuine care makes you the
perfect fit.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid WWCC and current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
- Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A drive to rebuild and grow a thriving Centre.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
- Previous experience in a
Centre Manager role is a must for this one!!
