What You’ll Do
As the Acting Centre Manager you'll lead with compassion, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and creative environment for children, staff and families. You'll have the rewarding responsibility of guiding your team, celebrating successes and shaping an enriching space for all who walk through the doors.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a mix of heart, leadership, and professional knowledge.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid WWCC and current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
- Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
- Previous experience in a childcare leadership role is highly regarded (but not essential).
