Centre Manager - Mayfield Early Education Melton South

We’re looking for a full-time Centre Manager to lead our team, drive excellence in early education, and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and care.
What You’ll Do
As Centre Manager, you’ll:- Lead and support a team of educators, promoting a collaborative, high-performing, and motivated environment.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging early education environment.
- Implement and maintain compliance with EYLF, NQS, Child Safe Standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage enrolments, budgets, staffing, and reporting to ensure the centre runs efficiently and meets quality benchmarks.
- Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
- Drive continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation across the centre.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience in early education settings.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, Child Safe Standards, and the ability to translate standards into everyday practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a commitment to fostering growth and development for your team and the children in your care.
Compliance & Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A solid understanding of Mandatory Reporting and Child Safety.
- Sun Safe, Red Nose, Food Safety certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Understanding of and commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance in line with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm.
