What You'll Be Doing as our Educator:

• Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
• Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can make friends and learn positive social skills.
• Work hand-in-hand with parents to support the whole-child development.
• Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves.
• Use your keen observation skills to cater to each child's unique needs and interests.

Who We're Looking For:

• Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid WWCC
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
• Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
• Genuine love for working in the Early Childhood industry.

If you are successfully appointed to this role, you will be invited to attend a Mayfield Early Education Welcome Induction at our Hawthorn Support Office prior to your commencement.  If you're based outside of Victoria, a virtual invitation will be sent for you to join online.
