At Mayfield Early Education we’re looking for a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our welcoming team, working up to 37.5 hours per week. Here, you’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team where collaboration, connection, and celebrating achievements together are at the heart of what we do.

As a Diploma Educator, you’ll:
- Deliver and implement engaging programs that encourage holistic development and a love of learning.

- Introduce creative, child-centered learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy.
- Advocate for children, ensuring their needs, interests, and voices are central to all you do.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to complete)
- Solid understanding of Child Safe Standards
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A genuine passion for nurturing children and contributing to the early childhood sector
- Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
