We’re looking for a passionate Diploma Educator who’s ready to make a real impact in the lives of young children. Your Role & Impact
As our Diploma Educator, your day will be filled with purpose, play, and partnership. You will:
- Actively supervise and prioritise safety and wellbeing for all children in your care.
- Collaborate with teammates to create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.
- Tailor your care to suit individual learning styles and developmental needs.
- Guide behaviour with kindness and consistency to support emotional growth.
- Maintain clear, open communication with families about their child’s journey.
- Work closely with your team to create an inclusive, culturally responsive environment.
- Engage in team meetings and shared planning to strengthen our practice together.
What You’ll Need
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a warm, professional approach to teamwork and communication
- Availability to work shifts 6am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
