Your Role & Impact

As our Diploma Educator, your day will be filled with purpose, play, and partnership. You will:

• Actively supervise and prioritise safety and wellbeing for all children in your care.
• Collaborate with teammates to create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.
•  Tailor your care to suit individual learning styles and developmental needs.
• Guide behaviour with kindness and consistency to support emotional growth.
• Maintain clear, open communication with families about their child’s journey.
• Work closely with your team to create an inclusive, culturally responsive environment.
• Engage in team meetings and shared planning to strengthen our practice together.

What You’ll Need

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a warm, professional approach to teamwork and communication
• Availability to work shifts 6am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
