Diploma Educator - Mayfield Early Education Mooroolbark
Are you a passionate, nurturing educator with a Diploma (or above) in Early Childhood Education and Care? Do you love creating meaningful learning experiences while being part of a tight-knit, friendly team? Mayfield Early Education Mooroolbark is looking for a Part-Time Educator to join our team, available Monday to Friday, 6:00am–6:30pm.
Our purpose-built centre on Bathurst Street is designed to inspire learning and connection. From our fantastic outdoor play spaces and commercial kitchen to our welcoming family café and bright, modern learning environments, every detail encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you will:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate programs that foster curiosity and growth.
- Provide a nurturing and secure environment, ensuring every child feels valued.
- Build strong connections with children, families, and your fellow educators.
- Contribute to a welcoming, collaborative, and professional workplace.
- Bring flexibility, positivity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Child Protection, First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards.
- Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am–6:30pm.
