As a 2nd ECT, you’ll work alongside our Lead ECT and educators to help deliver a high-quality educational program, while building strong, meaningful connections with children and families. Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will:
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Work collaboratively with the Lead ECT and team to deliver high-quality educational outcomes
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Observe, document, and contribute to children’s learning and development
- Contribute to a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued
- Continue growing your knowledge through ongoing professional development
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor qualified in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) or working towards.
- Passionate about early education and making a genuine difference in children’s lives
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and learning from others
- Knowledgeable of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
- Holding a valid Blue Card
- Trained in Child Protection, Sun Safety, Safe Sleeping, Food Safety, First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Available Monday to Friday, between 6:30am – 6:30pm (rotating shifts)
