Your Role & Impact

As an Educator at Mayfield, you will:

  • Cultivate Creativity: Contribute to a curriculum that supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and joy in learning.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work alongside a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional care and education.

Role Requirements

  • You hold a minimum of a Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), and
  • a valid WWCC, and
  • Mandatory Reporting (Child Protection training), Sun Smart, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
  • A heartfelt passion for early childhood education.
  • Familiarity with the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
