Your Role

As an Educator at Mayfield, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow, discover, and shine. You’ll:

• Support children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging, play-based learning.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of passionate educators.
• Build positive, trusting partnerships with families and the local community.
• Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to daily programs that make learning magical.
• Champion inclusion and ensure every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Availability to work 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

   

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A current Blue Card and relevant training (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
• A genuine passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
• A collaborative, caring attitude and love for working in a team that feels like family.
