Early Childhood Educator - Mayfield Early Education Sandringham

Mayfield Early Education Sandringham is seeking a devoted Early Childhood Educator to join our team, working up to 37.5 hours per week, over a rotating roster from 6.30am - 6.30pm

- Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters the holistic development of each child, creating a foundation for a lifetime of learning.
- Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration for the well-being and development of each child.
- Introduce new and creative teaching methodologies, keeping the learning environment fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices.
- Be the voice for the children in our care, ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of every decision and activity.
You:
- Working towards or hold a minimum of a Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Valid WWCC
- Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
- Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
- Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood sector.
- Knowledge of EYLF, and the NQF.
