What Do You Need to Be Successful?

  • Working towards or holding a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • A valid WWCC/Blue Card
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
  • A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community
  • Ability to work from 6:30am through to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
  • Patience, a sense of humour, and the desire to want to help the next generation be the best they possibly can be!
