• Create a safe, inclusive space where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through open, ongoing communication
• Collaborate with a passionate team to create a positive, cohesive learning environment
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development to inform your teaching strategies
• Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional learning
• Bring energy, creativity, and warmth into everything you do
  

💡What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), OR Diploma-qualified and working toward your degree
• Valid Blue Card or Teaching Registration (or ability to obtain before starting in the role)
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Child Protection, (or willingness to obtain)
• A superstar with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
• A nurturing educator who makes every child feel seen, heard, and valued
• An excellent communicator who thrives on building strong partnerships with families and colleagues
• Someone who brings creativity, warmth, and a little bit of everyday magic to their teaching practice
• Availability for shifts Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm
