🧠 What Will You Be Doing?
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll be the heart of the learning journey—designing and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that reflect each child’s individual needs, interests, and potential. You’ll:- Create a safe, inclusive space where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through open, ongoing communication
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create a positive, cohesive learning environment
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development to inform your teaching strategies
- Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional learning
- Bring energy, creativity, and warmth into everything you do
💡What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), OR Diploma-qualified and working toward your degree
- Valid Blue Card or Teaching Registration (or ability to obtain before starting in the role)
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Child Protection, (or willingness to obtain)
- A superstar with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
- A nurturing educator who makes every child feel seen, heard, and valued
- An excellent communicator who thrives on building strong partnerships with families and colleagues
- Someone who brings creativity, warmth, and a little bit of everyday magic to their teaching practice
- Availability for shifts Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm
