What we want from our ECT!

  • You've got at least a Bachelor or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification, and you're ready to conquer the world! 
  • You're not just a teacher—you're a guru when it comes to EYLF, NQF, and all things Child Safe Standards! 
  • You've got a sixth sense when it comes to child development, and your teaching methods are straight-up magic! 
  • Your communication skills are smoother than a jazz saxophone solo, and you've got a knack for building connections that feel like sunshine on a rainy day. 
  • You're a master at creating learning environments that are so vibrant and engaging, they'll make Disneyland jealous! 
  • Your passion for sparking a lifelong love of learning in young minds could power a rocket to the moon and back!
