About the Role: Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our incredible team. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children’s lives by fostering a love of learning in a nurturing environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to track children's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education through professional learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent), OR Diploma qualified and working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
  • Valid Blue Card or Teaching Registration 
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Child protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • A deep love for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences.
  • Ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive workplace.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
