Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum based on experience, registration and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our 2nd ECT, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our children—helping them grow into the very best versions of themselves. From sparking curiosity in everyday moments to building strong foundations for lifelong learning, you’ll be more than a teacher—you’ll be a role model, a guide, and an inspiration. Expect to plan and deliver engaging programs, foster a love of learning, and create meaningful connections with children, families, and your team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • A current Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Child Protection, Safe Sleeping, Red Nose and Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain) 
  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing high-quality, nurturing care.
