At Precious Cargo Collinswood, we’re more than just an early learning centre — we’re a community. Our two-storey, purpose-built Montessori centre features thoughtfully designed learning spaces, including a dining room, music room, kitchen cooking platform, outdoor verandah, and balcony with shade. Children love exploring our two outdoor play areas — complete with a spider web climbing frame and a rock mound with a slide!

What You’ll Do
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in inspiring curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You will:- Develop and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQF, and Montessori philosophy.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
- Build meaningful relationships with families, providing insights and guidance on their child’s growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with a team that’s passionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed.
- Reflect, adapt, and continually grow your teaching practice to provide the best possible outcomes for children.
About You
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Have a sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Montessori educational principles.
- Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to every day.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and your team.
