Precious Cargo Woodville Park is searching for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our extraordinary team on a full-time basis.

Our purpose-built centre is equipped with a veranda, alfresco eating facilities, and a unique play area with various adventure-based equipment. We place a strong emphasis on sustainability and agriculture - we have vegetable gardens, and a worm farm.

Our centre has formed very strong connections with local businesses and organisations as part of our Community Links program., including: Paint the Westside REaD, Salvation Army, Via Dance, Little Tennis Stars, and the local library.  Come and join us in our next adventure.

The Opportunity:

🎨 Develop and execute captivating programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.

📞 Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.

🤝 Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

📚 Continuously assess children's development, adjusting teaching strategies based on their evolving needs.

You:

🎓 Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.

🌟 Bring expertise in EYLF, NQF, and Child Safety to the table.

🧠 Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.

💬 Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.
