What will you be doing in these roles you ask?  Here’s the lowdown:

🎨 Assist with or develop and execute captivating programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.

🌈 Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to explore.

📞 Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.

🤝 Collaborate seamlessly with the whole Centre team to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

📚 Continuously observing and/or assessing children's development, adapting, and contributing to our programming based on their evolving needs.

You:

🎓 Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification, or working towards.

🌟 Bring working knowledge of learning frameworks, NQF & an understanding of Mandatory Reporting and Child Safe Standards to the table.

💬 Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.

🏆 Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.
