What Do You Need to Be Successful?

  • Working towards or holding a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • A valid WWCC/Blue Card
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
  • A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community
