Mayfield Early Education Wulguru is seeking a full-time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker to join our established and supportive team in Wulguru, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality early education and care every single day.

Position Details
• Position: Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland
• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skills
and experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement play-based learning programs aligned
with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and
inclusive environment
• Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
• Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm
Skills and Experience Required
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA
approved qualification or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood education
setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learning
environment
Mandatory Requirements
• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
• Child Protection training
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to
obtain)
• Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
