Why You?

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Diploma-qualified Educator (or higher) who is eager to future their career with us by taking on the additional responsibilities of an Educational Leader. Your role will involve collaborating, inspiring and mentoring fellow educators while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher qualification).
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
• A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
• Availability to cover shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
