Your Role & Impact

As an Educator at Mayfield, you will:

• Contribute to a curriculum that supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and joy in learning.
• Work alongside a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Build strong, open relationships with families to ensure each child feels fully supported.
• Introduce fresh, fun ideas that make every day exciting and memorable for young minds.
• Ensure each child’s needs, interests, and voice are honoured in our inclusive, respectful environment.

Role Requirements

• Holding a minimum of a Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Valid Blue Card.
• Child protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• A heartfelt passion for early childhood education.
• Familiarity with the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 6:30pm.
