Your Role

As part of our casual team, you’ll:

• Support children’s learning and wellbeing in safe, engaging, and nurturing spaces.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver programs that spark curiosity and joy.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Step into different rooms as needed, supporting continuity of care across the centre.
• Bring flexibility, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping children flourish.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or above in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current Child Protection, First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• A flexible, positive attitude and availability to cover shifts Monday–Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm.
• A team spirit and a love for inspiring little legends every day!
