About the Role: Educator

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team and help shape the early learning experiences of the youngest members of our centre.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring child safety & wellbeing using your active supervision skills.
• Collaborating with the team on age-appropriate curriculum implementation.
• Providing personalised attention, addressing unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care.
• Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development.
• Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns.
• Actively participating in team meetings for a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner.

You

• Working towards or hold a minimum of a Certificate III in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
• Valid WWCC/Blue Card
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain);
• Working knowledge & understanding of Child Safe Standards
• Working knowledge & understanding of NQF & EYLF.
• Passion for the Early Childhood sector - you will enjoy communicating with and building trusted relationships with children, their families, your teammates, and the wider community.
• Availability for shifts Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
