At Mayfield Early Education Fretwell Rd, we’re on the lookout for dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our close-knit team, working up to 37.5 hours per week. What you’ll do:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where children feel confident to explore, play, and learn.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Develop and deliver creative, child-led programs that support each child’s unique development.
• Be a voice for children — championing their needs, ideas, and wellbeing in everything you do.
• Contribute to a fun, collaborative workplace where your ideas are welcome and your growth is supported.

   

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of (or working towards) Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Completed or willingness to complete child protection, Red Nose and food safety training.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
• A positive attitude, a nurturing nature, and a true passion for early learning.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.
