Educator - Mayfield Early Education Tecoma

The opportunity 

As a well regarded Educator with us, you will:

• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children in our care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs that reflect the EYLF principles, practices, and learning outcomes.
• Plan and deliver experiences that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Assist in incorporating cultural diversity and inclusivity in programming.
• Foster positive relationships with children, helping them develop self-confidence and social skills.
• Engage and build partnerships with families, sharing insights about their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to support children's needs.
• Adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of child protection laws and report concerns as required.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies, including food safety and infection control.
  

• Minimum Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proven experience with assisting to create a positive and engaging learning environment. 
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
