The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and strategic General Manager – Community & Commercial Partnerships to join our Senior Leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth through innovative partnerships, community engagement, and commercial initiatives that align with our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong community relationships and commercial partnerships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities that enhance Mayfield’s service offering and footprint.
- Oversee the enrolments function to ensure the business maximises growth opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and trust within local communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and programs that support enrolment growth and family engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within partnerships, business development, or community engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think innovatively and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
