Inclusion Support Educator - Mayfield Early Education Clifton Beach

What Will You Be Doing?
Think helping little explorers feel confident, guiding them through daily adventures, supporting social and emotional growth, and celebrating every milestone – big or small. You’ll work alongside Educators to provide tailored support, encourage curiosity, and make every day a positive experience for children with additional needs. Your role will be equal parts mentor, cheerleader, educator, and advocate – no two days are the same!

• Cert III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care or currently studying.
• Valid Blue Card / WWCC.
• Child Protection, Red Nose, Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with a desire to keep learning and growing.
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within our 6am–6:30pm hours.
