👑 About the Lead Educator Role

• Be the spark! Lead by example with care, confidence, and creativity.
• Craft the adventure by planning fun, developmentally rich experiences that leave children buzzing with joy and wonder.
• Keep it safe & inclusive by creating a space where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
• Mentor like a pro!  Share your knowledge, support your team, and help make good days even better.

📝 What You’ll Bring to the Table (Besides Snacks)

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) and ACECQA recognition.
• Real-life experience working with little humans in early education.
• Leadership flair with a knack for making learning fun and inclusive.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• A growth mindset and an inclusive heart.
• Availability for shifts Monday to Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm
