Salary: $76,515 per annum.

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll guide and support your room’s educational program and collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning. You'll help foster a warm, stimulating environment where children feel empowered to explore and grow.

Your role will include:

  • Leading curriculum planning and implementation in alignment with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Mentoring fellow educators and supporting a positive team culture.
  • Building genuine relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Need

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Previous experience in an Educator or Lead Educator role.
  • Confidence in curriculum development and team collaboration.
  • A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR.
  • A caring, flexible approach and a deep passion for early education.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.
