What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A valid WWCC/Blue Card
- Experience in a leadership or room leader role within an early childhood setting
- Completed or willingness to complete training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety
- Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Full availability Monday to Friday, between 6:30am–6:30pm
