As the Lead Educator and Educational Leader five days a week, you will play a key role in driving curriculum quality, supporting reflective practice, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the centre.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in a Lead Educator and/or Educational Leader role (Educational Leader experience highly preferred)
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card
  • Completion of (or willingness to complete) all required compliance training including Child Protection, Red Nose (Safe Sleep), Food Safety and related requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
  • Proven ability to mentor educators, lead curriculum, and support reflective practice
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 6:30pm
  • Ability to undertake the Educational Leader responsibilities on-site 5 days per week
