About the Role
As our Lead Educator, you’ll play a key role in guiding the learning journey of the children in your care. You’ll lead by example, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where each child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Your role will include:
- Developing innovative and inclusive programs tailored to children’s unique needs, using tools like All About Me forms to personalise their experiences.
- Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and your team, creating a true sense of community.
- Collaborating with your supportive team during team-building activities and staff meetings.
- Leading with compassion, positivity, and resilience to inspire those around you.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a kind-hearted, motivated individual who genuinely loves making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- A current Blue Card and first aid certification (or the willingness to obtain them).
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
- Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, and a desire to grow within a team.
