🦄 What Makes You a Mayfield Unicorn?

• You hold a Cert III, Diploma, or are ready to lead with your Lead Educator experience.
• You have (or can get) your Blue Card, First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
• You know your way around the EYLF and NQF, and you're passionate about early education done right.
• You’re warm, collaborative, reliable, and a natural team player — with a whole lot of heart.
