As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you’ll help us create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

In this role, you will:

• Inspire Young Minds: Provide high-quality care and meaningful educational experiences, fostering curiosity and exploration in young children.
• Create Engaging Learning Environments: Support the development and implementation of creative, age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Ensure a Safe and Inclusive Space: Promote children’s physical and emotional wellbeing, celebrating diversity and creating an environment where everyone feels included.
• Build Positive Relationships: Collaborate with team members, families, and children to create a sense of community and connection.

To Apply for This Role, You Will Need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
• A commitment to learning, development, and fostering inclusivity.
