As a Room Leader, you’ll be an essential part of our children's journey, playing a pivotal role in their growth and development. With a strong commitment to celebrating cultural diversity, we ensure every child feels valued and seen. New team members are warmly welcomed into our mentor system, where you’ll be guided by our experienced Center Manager or 2IC, setting you up for success from day one.Your Role & Impact
- Inspire and Lead: Guide and motivate a team of educators to provide exceptional care and learning experiences.
- Develop and Implement: Craft a dynamic, child-centered curriculum that supports emotional, social, and intellectual growth, building a lifelong love of learning.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate open communication and collaboration with families, creating a strong community connection for every child’s well-being.
- Innovate: Keep the learning environment fresh and fun by introducing creative, evidence-based teaching methodologies.
- Advocate for Children: Prioritise the interests and needs of each child, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and engaged every day.
Role Requirements
- Working towards or holding a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Valid WWCC/Blue Card
- Child protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
- Solid understanding of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and the NQF
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a motivation to make a meaningful difference
- Availability Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
