📞 Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.

🤝 Collaborate seamlessly with the whole Centre team to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

📚 Continuously observing and/or assessing children's development, adapting, and contributing to our programming based on their evolving needs.

You:

🎓 Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the role you’re applying for.

🌟 Bring working knowledge of learning frameworks, NQF, and Child Safe Standards to the table.

💬 Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.

🏆 Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.
