Room Leader - Mayfield Early Education Enoggera

Are you ready to work in a truly unique and welcoming environment? At Mayfield Early Education Enoggera, we are more than just a childcare centre—we are a home away from home for our children, families, and staff. Why Choose Mayfield Early Education Enoggera?

At Mayfield, we pride ourselves on offering a work experience that stands out from the rest. Our intimate, community-focused environment makes our centre feel like home, and that’s exactly why people love working here. Here's what makes us different:

A Home-Like Atmosphere

We are not a large, impersonal centre. Our cozy, renovated church setting gives our space a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. Our small size fosters close connections with children, families, and each other, making it a place where strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Unique Natural Play Spaces

Our outdoor environment is filled with natural play spaces that inspire creativity and exploration. This makes our centre not only a wonderful place for children to learn and grow but also a rewarding place for educators who value nature-based learning and the joy of seeing children thrive in these unique surroundings.

A Close-Knit Team with Shared Values

At Mayfield, we’re more than just colleagues—we’re like siblings. We get along, support each other, and work together with a shared purpose: keeping the children at the forefront of everything we do. Our long-standing relationships with each other, the families we serve, and the wider community create a truly special environment. People stay with us because of the deep sense of belonging and connection that we’ve built together.

We care about you as an educator and as a person. From the moment you join, we provide the support, encouragement, and development opportunities you need to flourish.
