• Crafting and executing a curriculum that supports the overall development of each child, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
• Leading by example to inspire and mentor a team of educators in delivering exceptional care and education.

• Introducing innovative teaching methods to maintain a dynamic and engaging learning atmosphere aligned with best practices.

You:

• Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent approved by ACECQA).
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Completion of child protection, Red Nose, and food safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with Child Safe Standards.
• Genuine enthusiasm and dedication to the Early Childhood sector.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
