What Do You Need to Be Successful?

• Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A valid WWCC/Blue Card
• Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children’s development
• A solid understanding of the EYLF and NQF
