Room Leader - Mayfield Early Education Seaford

Mayfield Early Education Seaford is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Room Leader to join our team on a permanent basis.

- Crafting and executing a curriculum that supports the overall development of each child, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
- Leading by example to inspire and mentor a team of educators in delivering exceptional care and education.
- Building strong partnerships with parents, fostering open communication and cooperation for the well-being and growth of every child.
- Introducing innovative teaching methods to maintain a dynamic and engaging learning atmosphere aligned with best practices.
- Advocating for the children under our care, ensuring their needs and interests are prioritised in all decisions and activities.
- Experienced toddler room leader (preferably 1-2 years' experience)
- Available to work rotating shifts 5 days a week, from 6.30am - 6.30pm
- Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent approved by ACECQA).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Completion of child protection, Red Nose, and food safety training (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with Child Safe Standards.
- Genuine enthusiasm and dedication to the Early Childhood sector.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
